ATM and/or Retail Merchant Collections

  • Limits  - In accordance with the "Exemption 17 in terms of the financial intelligence centre act no. 38 of 2001", payments of an amount not less that R40 and not exceeding R5 000 (Five Thousand Rand) per day and not exceeding R25 000 (Twenty Five Thousand Rand) in a monthly cycle can be made.
  • Voucher and Pin Expiry - You must use your Voucher within 3 (three) Months from the date of first issue. 
  • Cash Collection / Retail Merchants - Collect cash at Participating Retail Merchants till points by presenting Pin and Voucher Number. Any amount including cents can be given and therefore payment amounts can be any amount within the given limits.
  • Cash Collection / ATM - Collect cash at Standard bank ATM (with sufficient funds) by entering PIN and then Voucher Number as prompted. ATM will present full amount of voucher. No cents can be given and no partial amounts, therefore vouchers should be exact amounts in denominations of R50 notes only, except for Sore collections can be any amount, even cents.
  • Instant Money Wallets - Once a beneficiaries receives a Voucher and Pin, they can install Standard Bank Instant Money Wallet by Dialling *120*2345# (T&C's apply.) from their cell phone. Select option "2" and click "Send". Then they will be prompted to enter (OTP) One Time Pin. Once they have a wallet, they can create their own Voucher Numbers and PIN for withdrawals (Withdrawal fees apply R5,00) at ATM or Stores.

Pay to Cell Phone Number

You can upload a CSV Spreadheet or upload it with you normal Payroll file.

Voucher and PIN Generation

Voucher and PIN will be processed and generated when available funds reflect in Clearing account.

Beneficieries will receive SMS notification will be withing 60 minutes.

Cash Collect

Redeem Voucher by entering Number and PIN at STD Bank ATM or at any of the Participating Merchant Stores. Simply present voucher number and PIN at Till to receive cash.

Wallet

Create a wallet to store Funds and to create voucher numbers and PIN as and when you want to withdraw cash
